Q: My previous employer supplies an outplacement service, why do I need got hired!?
A: Great, it is encouraged you to use that service. Got hired! works in conjunction with outplacement services. Simply put, outplacement services do not give you the personal attention you need. Unfortunately, the old adage rings true, you get what you pay for.
